The key card system for the elevator consistently malfunctioned, requiring multiple attempts to get the green light before being able to use it—definitely frustrating when you're carrying bags. The hotel's actual location is misleading. it’s not in the Northwest like advertised, but rather nearer to the Southeast. The breakfast selection felt limited, and the overall ambiance could use more light to brighten the experience, especially with the many wrinkles in the carpets that present a tripping hazard.

This place was just a top selection for a short layover in Edmonton with good value considering price it charged. We got served a free breakfast to help end a rough stay and at least the eggs were decent. Be prepared for potentially slow service in the restaurant.

The sweet assistance from Tanya, housekeeping, truly enhanced our stay, especially when she provided extra comforters for our family of four despite initially leaving only one. The room was spacious and clean, which made our visit very enjoyable.

Recommend it for families with kids

I stayed at this hotel with my family for four nights and I gotta say, the staff was amazing. They helped us out when our little one got sick, and the housekeeper Aqila? Absolute lifesaver, came back just when we needed her, room was spotless afterwards. Plus, we had a great time at the pool and hot tub!

It wasn’t exactly budget-friendly, but for what we got, I’d say it was acceptable.
