missingWrote a review on Dec 31friendly staffnoisy air conditioning
The staff were incredibly friendly and the
decorations for the holidays made it a memorable experience. The amenities like the pool and hot tub were top-notch, but I did notice that the air conditioning unit in my room was quite noisy, which impacted my sleep sometimes.

The hotel was very clean and well-maintained.
Our stay was marred by several issues. The check-in process was baffling, as the front desk staff couldn't find our reservation initially. Upon entering our room, we noticed that it was exceedingly dark, lacking any ceiling lights, making it uncomfortable during the day. Additionally, the carpet in the common areas was in disrepair, which posed a tripping hazard. This hotel's age is evident, and it desperately needs a renovation.

great hotel but needs some staff training
The hotel features a spacious room that felt welcoming and clean. The pool area was enjoyable and provided a great spot for relaxation. I appreciated the staff's friendliness, which really added to my experience. The inviting pool area allowed for a pleasant unwinding time after a long day.
There were moments when service felt a bit slow or inattentive.

missingWrote a review on Jul 05spacious roomsinviting poolmodern decormalfunctioning key
Rooms feature spacious layouts with convenient amenities like a fridge and a decent-sized TV. The decor lends a relatively modern touch, and there’s an inviting pool area that's great for relaxing.
The key card system for the elevator consistently malfunctioned, requiring multiple attempts to get the green light before being able to use it—definitely frustrating when you're carrying bags. The hotel's actual location is misleading. it’s not in the Northwest like advertised, but rather nearer to the Southeast. The breakfast selection felt limited, and the overall ambiance could use more light to brighten the experience, especially with the many wrinkles in the carpets that present a tripping hazard.

This place was just a top selection for a short layover in Edmonton with good value considering price it charged. We got served a free breakfast to help end a rough stay and at least the eggs were decent. Be prepared for potentially slow service in the restaurant.

Recommend it for families with kids
I stayed at this hotel with my family for four nights and I gotta say, the staff was amazing. They helped us out when our little one got sick, and the housekeeper Aqila? Absolute lifesaver, came back just when we needed her, room was spotless afterwards. Plus, we had a great time at the pool and hot tub!
It wasn’t exactly budget-friendly, but for what we got, I’d say it was acceptable.
